Tenders WA means the Government’s electronic medium providing direct access to Government contracting information, including early tender advice to suppliers, advertising of tenders, electronic tender lodgement and award of Government contracts valued at $50,000 and above.

Public Way shall also mean any easement now or hereafter held by the Franchising Authority within the Franchise Area for the purpose of public travel, or for utility or public service use dedicated for compatible uses, and shall include other easements or rights-of-way as shall within their proper use and meaning entitle the Franchising Authority and the Grantee to the use thereof for the purposes of installing, operating, and maintaining the Grantee’s Cable System over poles, wires, cables, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, appliances, attachments, and other property as may be ordinarily necessary and pertinent to the Cable System.

  • Offer Acceptance Time is defined in Section 6.1(b) of the Agreement.

  • Tender Documents means the General and special conditions of contract (2.1.8) and tender specification (2.1.9).

  • Tender Price means the amount stipulated by the Tenderer in the space provided therefor in the Form of Tender, including all applicable taxes, which price, for greater certainty, is the Tenderer’s proposed Contract Price to complete all of the Work; and

  • Closed portion means that portion of a facility which an owner or operator has closed in accordance with the approved facility closure plan and all applicable closure requirements. (See also “active portion” and “inactive portion”.)

  • Qualified Bidder(s means a Bidder who fulfills the eligibility criteria listed out in the E-Auction Process Information Document.

  • Offer Deadline means the exact date and time when no Offer submitted thereafter may be considered or accepted by District.
