Tendering Period definition

Tendering Period means the period of 10 (ten) Working Days during which the Public Shareholders may tender their Equity Shares in acceptance of the Offer, which shall be disclosed in the Letter of Offer;
Tendering Period means the period within which shareholders may tender their shares in acceptance of an open offer to acquire shares made under these regulations;
Tendering Period means the period from the date of invitation of tender to date of submission of tender.

  • An upward revision to the Offer Price or to the Offer Size, if any, on account of competing offers or otherwise, may also be done at any time prior to the commencement of 1 (one) Working Day before the commencement of the Tendering Period in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 18 (4) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations.

  • The payment of consideration shall be made to all the Public Shareholders, who have tendered their Equity Shares in acceptance of the Offer within 10 (Ten) Working Days of the expiry of the Tendering Period.

  • In case any Eligible Shareholder has submitted Equity Shares in physical form for dematerialisation, such Eligible Shareholders should ensure that the process of getting the Equity Shares dematerialised is completed well in time so that they can participate in the Buyback before the closure of the Tendering Period of the Buyback.

  • However, the Acquirer shall not acquire any Equity Shares after the 3rd (third) Working Day prior to the commencement and until the expiry of the Tendering Period of this Offer.

  • Post completion of the Tendering Period and receiving the requisite details viz., demat account details and accepted tendered quantity, source depository shall debit the Equity Shares as per the communication/ message received from target depository to the extent of accepted tendered Equity Shares from the Public Shareholder’s demat account and credit it to Clearing Corporation settlement account in target depository on settlement date.
