Examples of Tendered Shares in a sentence
The DBAG Shareholder is free to dispose over the Tendered Shares at his or her sole discretion and will in particular not require the consent of any third party in disposing of the Tendered Shares.
There exists no rights in rem or any other rights of a third party in relation to the Tendered Shares.
The Tendered Shares represent a complete list of all of the shares in DBAG of which the DBAG Shareholder is the owner.
