Examples of Tendered Services in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent an Operator from submitting tenders for future Tendered Services or De-Minimis Contracts.

  • Where an Operator's Routes are Tendered Services or De-Minimis Contracts and, during the Term, such Operator ceases to be responsible for the provision of such Tendered Services or De-Minimis Contracts, such Operator's obligations under this Agreement in respect of the Tendered Services or De-Minimis Contracts for which it is no longer responsible shall cease with immediate effect on the date that it ceases to be responsible for their provision.

Related to Tendered Services

  • Covered Services means Medically Necessary health care items and services covered under a Benefit Plan.

  • Non-Covered Services means services or items for which the Authority is not responsible for payment or reimbursement. Non-covered services are identified in:

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Shared Services means shared order filling or shared order processing, or both.

  • Services means those functional services ancillary to the supply of the goods, such as transportation and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, catering, gardening, security, maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier covered under the contract.
