Tendered Bonds definition

Tendered Bonds means Bonds tendered (or deemed tendered) for purchase pursuant to the optional or mandatory tender provisions of the Indenture.
Tendered Bonds means the same as that term is defined in the Indenture.
Tendered Bonds means those Bonds tendered or deemed tendered by the owners for purchase pursuant to an Optional Tender Notice or on the Conversion Date.

  • The owners of Tendered Bonds shall receive on the Delivery Date 100% of the principal amount of the Tendered Bonds plus accrued interest to the Purchase Date, provided that if the Purchase Date is an Interest Payment Date, accrued interest shall be paid separately, and not as part of the Purchase Price on such date.

  • The Tender Agent shall receive and hold in trust Constructively Tendered Bonds for the benefit of the former Holders thereof until the Purchase Price thereof is made available in the Freddie Mac Purchase Fund.

More Definitions of Tendered Bonds

Tendered Bonds means (a) any Bonds tendered by a Bondowner for purchase pursuant to Section 301 hereof, and (b) any Bonds required to be tendered for purchase pursuant to Section 302 hereof, unless a proper waiver has been made by the Owner of such Bonds, in each case whether or not such Bonds are actually tendered.
Tendered Bonds means Bonds tendered or deemed tendered for purchase, the purchase price of which was paid by a draw under a Letter of Credit.
Tendered Bonds means all Adjustable Rate Bonds tendered or deemed tendered for optional or mandatory purchase pursuant to the Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture. Except upon Conversion, Bonds bearing interest as Bank Bonds or at the Index Rate are not subject to tender for purchase and do not become Tendered Bonds.
Tendered Bonds means, with respect to a Series (i) in connection with an Optional Tender Date for such Series, all Bonds of such Series tendered for purchase on such date, (ii) in connection with a Conversion Date, all Bonds Outstanding of the Series, and (iii) in connection with a Mandatory Tender Date other than a Conversion Date, all Bonds Outstanding of the Series for which an Election to Retain was not duly filed with the Trustee in accordance herewith.
Tendered Bonds means those Bonds delivered or deemed delivered by the Registered Owners for purchase pursuant to an Optional Tender Notice or on the Conversion Date.
