Tender Process Monitor definition

Tender Process Monitor means the person appointed under paragraph 3.6 of Section 2 (Compensation for Sub-hubco Default) of this Schedule Part 17 (Compensation on Termination);
Tender Process Monitor means the person, if any, appointed by ESCo pursuant to paragraph 4.4 (Retendering Process)
