Tender Price definition

Tender Price means the amount stipulated by the Tenderer in the space provided therefor in the Form of Tender, including all applicable taxes, which price, for greater certainty, is the Tenderer’s proposed Contract Price to complete all of the Work; and
Tender Price means the fees, rates and prices indicated by a Tenderer as being the amounts for which that Tenderer is prepared to undertake the Services;
Tender Price means the total price stated in the Form of Tender for the provision of goods and/or services required under this Invitation to Tender.

  • To this effect, the Tender Price shall be adjusted, for comparison purposes only, to reflect the price of a missing or non-conforming item or component in the manner specified in the TDS.

  • After evaluation of the price analyses, in the event that the Procuring Entity determines that the Tenderer has failed to demonstrate its capability to perform the Contract for the offered Tender Price, the Procuring Entity shall reject the Tender.
