Tender Offer Documents definition

Tender Offer Documents means, collectively, the documents containing the terms and conditions of the Offer sent to the holders of Target Ordinary Shares or filed with the Panel or the SEC and any amendments thereto permitted by the terms of this Agreement or by the terms of the Refinancing and Funding Agreement.
Tender Offer Documents means the Offer to Purchase of the Borrower dated March 31, 2006 and the related Tender Offer Statement on Schedule TO and all attachments and exhibits thereto.

Tender Offer Documents means the material documentation related to the Tender Offer, including all public filings made with the SEC in connection therewith.
