Tender Information definition

Tender Information means the Tender Documents and all other information whether oral, printed or graphic obtained by the Tenderer from the Principal or the Principal’s Agents;
Tender Information means all drawings, Specifications and other information whether oral, printed or graphic: contained in these Conditions of Tendering; contained in the documents which form part of these Conditions of Tendering; or obtained from COUNCIL or any of its agents, employees, officers, advisers or Contractors during the tender process;
