Tender Agent Agreement definition

Tender Agent Agreement means, with respect to each Group of 2023 Series B Variable Rate Bonds, the agreement to be entered into among the Trustee, the Tender Agent, the Corporation and the applicable Remarketing Agent or Agents, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or any replacement thereof.
