Tenant's Standard Electrical Usage means electricity for normal office purposes including fluorescent and incandescent lighting (including task and task ambient lighting systems) and for normal office equipment, including duplicating (reproduction) machines and personal computers (provided they do not require any additional voltage, special electrical or HVAC requirements beyond the systems existing in the Premises), and internal communications systems.
