Definition of Tenants Share of the Building


Tenants Share of the Building means the Rentable Area of the Premises divided by the total Rentable Area of the Building, as set forth in the Basic Lease Information. If the Rentable Area of the Premises is changed by Tenants leasing of additional space hereunder or for any other reason, Tenants Share shall be adjusted accordingly.

Examples of Tenants Share of the Building in a sentence

Tenant shall pay monthly to Landlord Tenants Share of the Building Operating Expenses and Tenants Share of Project Operating Expenses in each calendar year.
The term Tenants Share shall mean the percentage obtained by dividing Tenants Gross Leasable Area by the Building Gross Leasable Area for Tenants Share of the Building and by the Project Gross Leasable Area for Tenants Share of the Project, which as of the Effective Date is the percentage identified in Section G of the Summary.
For the purposes of determining Tenants Share during the New Term, Tenants Share of the Building shall be 17.3% and Tenants Share of the Project shall be 3.6%.
Effective as of the Effective Date, Tenants Share of the Building shall be increased from 8.61% to 8.90%.
Tenant shall pay to Landlord Tenants Share of the Building Operating Expenses, if any, and Tenants Share of Project Operating Expenses for each full or partial calendar year during the Lease Term, as provided in Section 7.1 below.
