Definition of Tenant's Share of Real Estate Taxes


Tenant's Share of Real Estate Taxes means Tenant's proportionate share of Real Estate Taxes based on Tenant's Percentage.

No delay by Landlord in providing a Landlord's Tax Statement shall be deemed a default by Landlord or a waiver of Landlord's right to require payment of the actual or estimated sums of Tenant's Share of Real Estate Taxes that are payable by Tenant under this Lease.

Tenant shall pay to Landlord on the first day of each month following receipt of such statement, until Tenant's receipt of the succeeding annual statement, an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of such Tenant's Share of Common Area Maintenance Expenses and Tenant's Share of Real Estate Taxes (estimated on an annual basis without proration).
