Tenant’s Representatives definition

Tenant’s Representatives. Tenant’s agents, attorneys, representatives, directors, officers and employees and any mortgagee of Tenant’s interest in this Lease or in the Premises.
Tenant’s Representatives means collectively the directors, employees, representatives, officers, agents, assigns, contractors, subcontractors, visitors, customers or invitees of the Tenant or any person for whom the Tenant is responsible or to whom the Tenant permits access to the Premises; and
Tenant’s Representatives means all officers, partners employees, consultants, subtenants, and contractual personnel occupying the Premises. Tenant hereby grants to Landlord the right to inspect the Premises, from time to time and at any reasonable time, for purposes of determining the number of Tenant Representatives occupying the Premises.

  • Tenant shall cooperate and comply with, and cause Tenant’s Representatives and Visitors to cooperate and comply with, such security measures.

  • Tenant shall be responsible and liable for the compliance with all of the provisions of this Section by all of Tenant’s Representatives and Visitors, and all of Tenant’s obligations under this Section (including its indemnification obligations under paragraph (e) below) shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease.

  • Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any claim or claims, including costs, expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by Landlord asserted by any other broker or finder for a fee or commission based upon any dealings with or statements made by Tenant or Tenant’s Representatives.

  • In any event Tenant will be liable for any damages or repairs incurred or required as a result of its installation, use, repair, maintenance or removal of such devices on the roof and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Landlord from any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any activities of Tenant or of Tenant’s Representatives on the roof of the Building.

  • Tenant will use, and cause Tenant’s Representatives and Visitors to use, any parking spaces to which Tenant is entitled under the Lease in a manner consistent with Landlord’s directional signs and markings in the Parking Facility.
