Tenant’s Plans definition

Tenant’s Plans. As defined in Section 4.2.

Tenant’s Plans shall also include any revisions to those plans approved by Landlord in accordance with Section 2.1 below.

Tenant’s Plans means Tenant’s Plans as defined in Section 12(d).

Examples of Tenant’s Plans in a sentence

• Landlord approval does not constitute an assurance by Landlord that Tenant’s Plans: (1) satisfy applicable code requirements, (2) are sufficient to obtain a building permit for the Tenant Work, or (3) do not conflict with any other requirements of the Lease and/or Building Rules and Regulations for which Tenant is required to comply.

• Landlord shall complete its review of each stage of Tenant’s Plans and any revisions thereof and communicate the results of such review within the time periods set forth in Section 3.2 above.

• Such fee is in addition to Tenant’s reimbursement of costs incurred by Landlord pursuant to other provisions hereof, including, without limitation, for Landlord’s architects and engineers to review Tenant’s Plans.

• Any changes in Tenant’s Plans which are made in response to requirements of the applicable governmental authorities and/or changes which affect the Base Building Work shall be immediately submitted to Landlord for Landlord’s review and approval.

• Tenant shall pay for piping distribution, drops and relocation of, or additional, sprinkler system heads and Building firehose or firehose valve cabinets, if Tenant’s Plans and/or any applicable Laws necessitate such.

Tenant’s Plans is defined in Section 2.1(a)(2) of Exhibit “E”.

Tenant’s Plans shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 22.2.

Tenant’s Plans means calculations, specifications, designs, and drawings which pertain to Tenant's Work and/or other Improvements and which are described in Exhibit C, Description of Tenant's Work.

Tenant’s Plans means the Preliminary Plan, the Final Space Plan and the Plans and Specifications.
