Examples of Tenant’s Permitted Use in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, Tenant shall have no right to seek damages (including abatement of Rent) or to cancel or terminate this Lease because of any proposed changes, expansion, renovation or reconfiguration of the Project nor shall Tenant have the right to restrict, inhibit or prohibit any such changes, expansion, renovation or reconfiguration; provided, however, Landlord shall not change the size, dimensions, location or Tenant’s Permitted Use of the Premises.
Landlord authorizes Tenant to prepare, execute and file all required applications to obtain Government Approvals for Tenant’s Permitted Use under this Agreement and agrees to reasonably assist Tenant with such applications and with obtaining and maintaining the Government Approvals.
To keep the Premises equipped with all safety appliances required by any public authority because of any use made by Tenant other than normal office use, and to procure all licenses and permits so required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant’s Permitted Use.
Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, obtain all governmental licenses and permits required to allow Tenant to conduct Tenant’s Permitted Use.
Landlord reserves the right to develop the unimproved portion of the Premises so long as it does not interfere with Tenant’s Permitted Use.
