Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation definition

Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation means one hundred forty-eight (148) parking stalls, based on 4.5 parking stalls per 1,000 usable square feet of the Premises having 32,809 usable square feet (excluding the Balconies), which number of parking stalls is subject to adjustment as set forth in the definition of “Premises”, inclusive of the reserved parking stalls described in Paragraph 19.1(a).
Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation means six (6) parking stalls per 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises.

Examples of Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation in a sentence

  • The use by Tenant of a number of parking stalls greater than Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation shall be a default under this Lease following the giving of notice and the expiration of the applicable cure period described in Paragraph 16.1. Automobiles of Tenant and Tenant’s Occupants shall be parked only within parking areas not otherwise reserved by Landlord or specifically designated for use by any other tenant or Occupants associated with any other tenant.

  • Tenant shall be entitled to receive a number of key cards for after-hours access to the Building equal to Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation for a fee of not less than $3 per key card, provided that Tenant first has paid to Landlord in full any amounts due under Exhibit A attached to the Lease.

  • Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use a number of parking stalls located on the Property equal to Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation, together with the non-exclusive right to use such additional parking stalls on the Property as may be needed by Tenant for the Permitted Use, up to a maximum of sixty (60) additional parking stalls, to the extent that such additional parking stalls are available.

  • For example purposes only, if another tenant received four (4) reserved parking stalls out of a total of one hundred sixteen (116) parking stalls allocated to such other tenant, and Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation was equal to fifty-eight (58) parking stalls, Tenant would be entitled to two (2) reserved parking stalls and fifty-six (56) unreserved parking stalls.

  • Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right82 to use a number of parking stalls located on the Property equal to Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation only, and shall not use a number of parking stalls greater than Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation.

  • Tenant may terminate this Lease if any portion of the Property (not including the Premises) is taken, which taking prevents reasonable access to and from the Premises and the public roadways abutting the Property (and Landlord fails to provide reasonably acceptable substitute access), or, unless Landlord provides to Tenant replacement parking within reasonable proximity to the Premises, reduces the parking available to Tenant and Tenant’s Occupants on the Property below Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation.

  • Tenant and Tenant’s Occupants shall have the non-exclusive right (together with other tenants of the Building) without charge, other than as contemplated by Paragraph 5 with respect to Operating Expenses, to use a number of parking stalls located on the Property equal to Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation only, and shall not use a number of parking stalls greater than Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation (excluding de minimis, occasional excess use), unless prior consent has been given by Landlord.

  • As part of Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation, Landlord shall provide to Tenant, and xxxx with appropriate signage (at Tenant’s cost), four (4) reserved parking stalls in a mutually acceptable location.

  • Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right90 to use a number of parking stalls located91 on the Property equal to Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation only, and shall not use a number of parking stalls greater than Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation.

Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation means one hundred eighty-two (182) parking stalls, based on five (5) parking stalls per 1,000 usable square feet of the Premises having 36,411 usable square feet, which number of parking stalls is subject to adjustment as set forth in the definition of “Premises”, and is inclusive of the reserved parking stalls described in Paragraph 19.1(a) .

Related to Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • parking stall means a section or part of a thoroughfare or of a parking station which is marked or defined by painted lines, metallic studs, coloured bricks or pavers or similar devices for the purpose of indicating where a vehicle may be parked;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Heritage Building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • parking bay means any area of a parking place which is provided for the leaving of a vehicle and indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place;

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Vacant building means a building that has been vacant and

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • Common Area Operating Expenses are defined, for purposes of this Lease, as all costs incurred by Lessor relating to the ownership and operation of the Industrial Center, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Containment building means a hazardous waste management unit that is used to store or treat hazardous waste pursuant to the provisions of Subpart DD of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724 and Subpart DD of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 725.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.
