Definition of Tenants Net Working Capital


Tenants Net Working Capital means, as of any date, the amount by which the aggregate current assets of Tenant as of such date exceed the aggregate current liabilities of Tenant as of such date, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

Examples of Tenants Net Working Capital in a sentence

For purposes of this Lease, the Tenant's "Net Working Capital" shall mean current assets minus current liabilities, as reported on the consolidated balance sheets contained in the Tenant's quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and the Annual Report on Form 10-K.
The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord in the event that (A) the Tenant's Consolidated Net Available Cash falls below Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00) or (B) the Tenant's Net Working Capital falls below an amount equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Security Deposit Covenant Amount.
The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord in the event that (A) the Tenant's Consolidated Net Available Cash falls below Twenty Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000) or (B) the Tenant's Net Working Capital falls below Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000).
The Tenant shall be required to provide monthly reporting of its Consolidated Net Available Cash during any quarterly period following a quarter in which Tenant's Consolidated Net Available Cash is less than Thirty Five Million Dollars ($35,000,000.00) or Tenant's Net Working Capital is less than an amount equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Security Deposit Covenant Amount.
