Definition of Tenants Extra Work


Tenants Extra Work means all work in or about the Premises not within the scope of the work necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements, such as (by way of illustration and not limitation) delivering and installing furniture, telephone and other data equipment and wiring and office equipment.

Examples of Tenants Extra Work in a sentence

Tenant shall maintain at its expense business interruption insurance and all-risk property insurance on the full replacement cost of all its personal property, including removable trade fixtures, located in the Leased Premises and on Tenants Extra Work and all other additions and improvements (including fixtures) made by Tenant and not required to be insured by Landlord above, regardless of whether such improvements were made at Landlords or Tenants expense.

For purposes of this lease, Tenants Extra Work shall mean any tenant improvement work by Tenant in excess of the improvements reimbursed by Landlord as part of the Tenant Improvement Allowance.
