Tenant's Expenditure Authorization means an authorization by Tenant to Landlord to expend funds on behalf of Tenant for the Substitution Premises Leasehold Improvements. (q)

Landlord shall have the right to issue a Tenant's Expenditure Authorization for Additional Costs.
