Tenant’s Covenants definition

Tenant’s Covenants means all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease on the part of the Tenant to be observed and performed;
Tenant’s Covenants. Tenant further agrees: that no sign, advertisement or notice shall be inscribed, painted or affixed on any part of the outside or inside the Premises or Building except as may be expressly permitted by this Lease, and then only in such size, color and style as Landlord may reasonably approve; that Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight and method of installation and position of safes or other heavy fixtures or equipment and Tenant shall not install in the Premises any fixtures, equipment or machinery that will place a load upon any floor exceeding the floor load per square foot area which such floor was designed to carry; and that all damages done to the Building by taking in or removing a safe or any other article of Tenant's equipment, or due to Tenant's being in the Premises, shall be repaired at the expense of Tenant.

  • To remedy any breach of the Tenant’s Covenants, immediately after notice of the breach is given to the Tenant and to pay as a debt, recoverable as if it were rent in arrears, all costs and expenses properly incurred by or on behalf of the Landlord in remedying any breach of the Tenant's Covenants.
