Definition of Tenant's Confidential Information


Tenant's Confidential Information means: (a) the contents of any documents disclosed to Landlord under Section 12.3 of the Standard Lease Provisions, (b) the fact that Landlord and Tenant have entered into this Lease and (c) any other information that is disclosed by Tenant that: (i) is marked as confidential, proprietary, or with a similar legend or (ii) that the party receiving the information otherwise should reasonably know to be confidential based upon its content.

Examples of Tenant's Confidential Information in a sentence

Landlord agrees that it will not disclose to any third party (except as required by law or to its attorneys, accountants, and other advisors and Mortgagees and prospective purchasers of the Premises, but only as reasonably necessary and subject to the confidentiality provisions hereof), any of Tenant's Confidential Information and will take reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of such Confidential Information.
Although in the normal course Landlord is not expected to have access to any of Tenants Confidential Information, there may be instances when Landlord or its agents will enter the Premises and obtain such access.
This obligation shall also apply to Infineon with respect to Tenants Confidential Information.
Landlord acknowledges that all of Tenants Confidential Information is owned solely by Tenant and that the unauthorized disclosure or use of such Confidential Information would cause irreparable harm and significant injury to Tenant, the degree of which may be difficult to ascertain.
In all cases Landlord shall conduct such showings in compliance with such reasonable requests and instructions as Tenant may make for purposes of protecting Tenant's Confidential Information.
