Tenanted Properties definition
Tenanted Properties means the Properties set out in Part 3 of Schedule 2;
Tenanted Properties means those of the properties in the freehold ownership of Southwark briefly described in Schedule 1 Part A (being part of the Estate) as are subject to Tenancies

Schedule D-6(a) sets forth, with respect to any Closing other than the Initial Closing, the applicable Current Tenanted Properties for each such Closing.
