Tenant Works definition

Tenant Works means those works that the Tenant must carry out to fit out, and make ready for use, the Premises to the Tenant's occupational requirements.

  • Approvals means any consents, approvals, licences, authorisations or permits required by Laws for the Tenant Works.

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.
