Definition of Tenant Usable Area


Tenant Usable Area means that area of the Premises computed by measuring to the interior finish of exterior or other permanent walls, to the interior finish of corridor walls (if any), to the center of partitions that separate the Premises from adjoining premises not leased by Tenant, and to the inside face of exterior glass walls where at least fifty percent (50%) of the outer Building wall is glass. No deductions shall be made for columns and projections necessary to the Building.
