Definition of Tenant Unit


Tenant Unit means each apartment in the Property which is leased by Seller to Tenants in the ordinary course of Sellers business.

Examples of Tenant Unit in a sentence

To the extent that at Closing there are Tenant Units which have been vacant for five (5) days or more and as to which the vacant Tenant Unit renovation work has not been substantially completed, then Purchaser shall be entitled to a credit of $500 at Closing for each such Tenant Unit.
When procuring service and maintenance contracts for any Landlord Services that Tenant has the right to Self-Perform hereunder, Landlord shall endeavor to negotiate provisions to allocate such services and the costs thereof between the Tenant Unit and the balance of the Building, provided that Landlord shall not be obligated to incur any material cost or liability in order to obtain such concessions.
