Tenant Selection Criteria definition

Tenant Selection Criteria means the Agent's written tenant selection and eligibility criteria and other requirements for screening and selecting tenants at the Development consistent with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and which must be made available to applicants and tenants at the rental office for the Development.
