Tenant Portion definition

Tenant Portion shall be the percentage (as stated at the heading of this Lease) that the Rentable Floor Area of the leased Premises bears to the Rentable Floor Area of the building of which the leased Premises are a part. If the term of this Lease begins or ends other than at the beginning or ending of a calendar year. Tenant's Portion for the initial or final part of a calendar year, as the case may be, shall be adjusted in proportion to the number of days of the term which are included in such calendar year.

Examples of Tenant Portion in a sentence

  • Tenant shall be entitled to the non-exclusive use of the Tenant Portion of such sign as identified on Exhibit 5, provided all uses thereof, including the signage placed thereon, are approved by Landlord in all respects in Landlord's reasonable discretion.

Related to Tenant Portion

  • Significant Portion means, for purposes of the casualty provisions set forth in Article XI hereof, damage by fire or other casualty to the Real Property and the Improvements or a portion thereof, the cost of which to repair would exceed ten percent (10%) of the Purchase Price.
