Tenant Party(ies) definition

Tenant Party(ies) means Tenant and its officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members employees.
Tenant Party(ies) means and include Tenant and all of Tenant’s principals, officers, agents, contractors, servants, employees, subtenants, licensees, visitors and invitees.
Tenant Party(ies). Tenant, any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant, any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant, and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, and invitees.
