Tenant Notice Letter definition

Tenant Notice Letter has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.7.
Tenant Notice Letter means a Tenant Notice Letter in the form of Exhibit “F” attached hereto.

  • Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);
