Tenant Improvements Plans definition

Tenant Improvements Plans means the plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements Work, to be prepared and adopted as provided in Section 3.1(a), as the same may be modified from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Lease. Such plans may include plans for installing such information and telecommunications lines as Tenant reasonably requires for its use of the Premises.
Tenant Improvements Plans means the plans and specifications for the Tenant improvements Work, to be prepared and adopted as provided in Section 3.1(b), as the same may be modified from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Lease.
Tenant Improvements Plans means the plans and specifications for Tenant's build-out of the Premises, to prepared by Tenant in accordance with Section 3.3(a).

Examples of Tenant Improvements Plans in a sentence

  • If approved by Landlord, changes to the Tenant Improvements Plans shall be evidenced by written change order signed by Landlord, Tenant and the construction contractor.

More Definitions of Tenant Improvements Plans

Tenant Improvements Plans means the plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements, including a schedule for such work, at the time of the Initial Term (the “Initial Tenant Improvements Plans”) or at the time of any Renewal Term (the “Renewal Tenant Improvements Plans”).
Tenant Improvements Plans means the plans and specifications for Tenant's Work, to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with Section 3.2(b).

Related to Tenant Improvements Plans

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).
