Tenant Improvement Work definition

Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
Tenant Improvement Work means those items of general tenant improvement construction shown on the Final Plans (described in Paragraph 4 below), more particularly described in Paragraph 5 below.
Tenant Improvement Work or “Tenant’s Work” means those items of general tenant improvement construction shown on the Final Plans (described in Section 4 below), more particularly described in Section 5 below.

Examples of Tenant Improvement Work in a sentence

  • If Landlord has begun performing the Tenant Improvement Work, then, in the absence of such authorization, Landlord shall have the option to continue such performance disregarding such revision.

  • In addition, Landlord may select and/or approve of any subcontractors, mechanics and materialmen used in connection with the performance of the Tenant Improvement Work.

  • Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Agreement, if Tenant Defaults under this Agreement before the Tenant Improvement Work is completed, Landlord’s obligations under this Work Letter shall be excused until such Default is cured and Tenant shall be responsible for any resulting delay in the completion of the Tenant Improvement Work.

  • Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Agreement, any delay in the completion of the Tenant Improvement Work or inconvenience suffered by Tenant during the performance of the Tenant Improvement Work shall not delay the Third Extension Date, nor shall it subject Landlord to any liability for any loss or damage resulting therefrom or entitle Tenant to any credit, abatement or adjustment of rent or other sums payable under the Lease.

  • Landlord shall cause the Contractor to submit the Approved Architectural Drawings and the Approved Engineering Drawings (collectively, the “Approved Construction Drawings”) to the appropriate municipal authorities and otherwise apply for and obtain from such authorities all permits necessary for the Contractor to complete the Tenant Improvement Work (the “Permits”).


More Definitions of Tenant Improvement Work

Tenant Improvement Work is defined in Section 9.1.
Tenant Improvement Work means those items of general tenant improvement construction shown on the Final Plans (described in Section 4 below), more particularly described in Section 5 below.
Tenant Improvement Work if any, described in the work letter (the “Work Letter”) attached to this Lease as Exhibit D, Tenant agrees to accept the Premises in “as is” condition and configuration, without any representations or warranties by Landlord or Landlord’s agents.
Tenant Improvement Work means the construction work to be performed by or on behalf of Borrower, as landlord, or a Tenant, as Tenant Improvements under a Lease at the Property entered into pursuant to the terms hereof, including, without limitation, the Build Out Work.
Tenant Improvement Work means all work shown on the Plans, as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Work Letter.
Tenant Improvement Work has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4.
