Tenant HVAC System(s) definition

Tenant HVAC System(s) means any additional heating, ventilating and air-conditioning equipment and facilities (or any part thereof) whether inside or outside the Premises, but exclusively serving the Premises, which are constructed or installed by or on behalf of the Tenant for the Premises in addition to the HVAC System(s), including, without limitation, any roof-top, ceiling or wall-mounted, or window heating, ventilating or air-conditioning units, the fuel and power facilities of the systems, and distribution piping, air-handling units and common fan coil and ventilation units which form part of the system and monitoring, energy saving and control systems including the thermostat in each of the individual units.
