Tenant Estoppels definition

Tenant Estoppels means the estoppels from the underlying lessees or tenants of the Tenant Leases in form and substance required by the underlying lease or otherwise as reasonably satisfactory to the MPT Parties.

Tenant Estoppels shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 4.4.

Tenant Estoppels means estoppel certificates from tenants of a Property or Properties, substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto or in such other form as may be attached to the applicable Lease.

Examples of Tenant Estoppels in a sentence

• Each Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the prompt return of the executed Tenant Estoppels in substantially the same form as Exhibit A attached hereto from each Tenant at such Seller’s Property prior to the Closing, without the obligation to make any payments or grant any concessions under the Leases.

• Seller has not received from any Tenant or any other Person written notice of any claim (other than for customary refund at the expiration of a Lease) to all or any part of any security deposit, except as set forth on the Rent Roll and/or the Tenant Estoppels.

• Seller shall deliver at Closing either Seller Estoppels or Tenant Estoppels for each Lease.

• Each Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the prompt return of the executed Tenant Estoppels in substantially the same form as Exhibit A from each Tenant at such Seller’s Property, without the obligation to make any payments or grant any concessions under the Leases.

• Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the Tenant Estoppels described in Section 5.4.2 and the estoppels described in Section 5.4.3.

More Definitions of Tenant Estoppels

Tenant Estoppels means Tenant Estoppel Certificates from tenants of the Property on a form previously approved by Senior Lender with such changes as are reasonably acceptable to Senior Lender.

Tenant Estoppels set forth in Section 1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Tenant Estoppels means estoppel certificates dated within 30 days of a Closing with respect to the Property to which it relates from tenants of a Property or Properties, substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto or in such other form as may be attached to the applicable Lease.

Tenant Estoppels means the estoppel certificates executed by the Space Tenants, which estoppel certificates shall be in form satisfactory to Purchaser shall be dated no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Date and shall not indicate any defaults or discrepancies in information previously made available to Purchaser.
