Tenant Estoppel Certificate definition

Tenant Estoppel Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.3.

Tenant Estoppel Certificate or “Tenant Estoppel Certificates” shall mean certificates to be sought from the tenants under the Leases in substantially the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT “I”; provided, however, if any Lease provides for the form or content of an estoppel certificate from the tenant thereunder, the Tenant Estoppel Certificate with respect to such Lease may be in the form as called for therein.

Tenant Estoppel Certificate as used herein shall mean a statement of lease in form reasonably satisfactory to the GSA Tenant thereunder. The provisions of this Section 6.1.3 pertaining to novation agreements shall expressly survive the Closing.

Examples of Tenant Estoppel Certificate in a sentence

• IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Tenant has executed this Tenant Estoppel Certificate as of the day set forth above.

• Tenant shall from time to time, within fifteen (15) days after request by Landlord and without charge, give a Tenant Estoppel Certificate in the form (or substantially the form) attached hereto as Exhibit "D" and containing such other matters as may be reasonably requested by Landlord to any person, firm or corporation specified by Landlord.

• The Tenant Estoppel Certificate shall be executed as of a date not more than thirty (30) days prior to Closing.

Tenant Estoppel Certificate has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.2.

Tenant Estoppel Certificate means the “Tenant Estoppel Certificate” completed and then executed by Tenant in favor of Buyer in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit “F” and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth at length.

Tenant Estoppel Certificate shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.1(a)(vii).

Tenant Estoppel Certificate means a certificate to be obtained by Contributor from the Tenant and certified to GIPLP and Contributor’s Lender consistent with the terms set forth in Section 6.1(e) of this Agreement.

Tenant Estoppel Certificate means a certificate to be obtained by Seller from the Tenant and certified to Purchaser and its lender in substantially the same form attached hereto as Schedule 7.

Tenant Estoppel Certificate means an estoppel certificate in the form of Exhibit L attached hereto, evidencing no matter that would (i) cause a Lease with a Major Tenant not to be in full, force and effect, (ii) cause an Unencumbered Property to cease to qualify as such or (iii) evidence facts which would materially and adversely affect the financial terms of a Lease, and is otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Tenant Estoppel Certificate is defined in Paragraph 5.1(N).
