Tenant Entity definition

Tenant Entity or “Tenant Entities” means individually or collectively, as the context may require, Tenant and all Affiliates thereof.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in no event will City or any City Entity be liable to Tenant or any Tenant Entity for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, or special damages, or lost revenues or lost profits.

  • The foregoing indemnity by Landlord shall also not be applicable to claims to the extent arising from the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant or any Tenant Entity.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant's obligations hereunder shall not apply to any capital expenditure (including any replacement of a capital item) the need for which shall not have arisen due to (i) the failure by Tenant to perform ordinary repairs and maintenance (ii) the negligence or other wrongful acts of any Tenant Entity or (iii) any alterations or installations made by Tenant.

  • In the absence of damage to the HVAC caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant or any Tenant Entity, or breach by Tenant of its obligation to keep the HVAC regularly maintained and serviced as aforesaid, or unreasonable use of the HVAC by Tenant, Landlord, shall, at Landlord’s cost, be responsible for a period of one (1) year from the Suite 180 Commencement Date, to repair or replace as necessary any defective part of such Suite 180 HVAC system that causes a failure in operation.

  • Each Tenant Entity has taken all requisite action necessary to authorize the execution, delivery and performance of such party’s obligations under this Lease and the other Transaction Document.

  • Each Tenant, Subtenant and Manager are qualified to do business in and is in good standing under the laws of the State in which the Facility operated by each such Tenant Entity is located.


More Definitions of Tenant Entity

Tenant Entity means Tenant and its Related Entities.

Related to Tenant Entity

  • Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.

  • Tenant means any Person leasing, subleasing or otherwise occupying any portion of the Property under a Lease or other occupancy agreement with Borrower.

  • Anchor Tenant means the primary customer occupying a site.

  • Landlord means the owner, lessor or sublessor of the dwelling unit or the building of which such
