Definition of Tenancy Costs


Tenancy Costs means costs of tenant improvements, leasing commissions and other tenant inducement expenditures, furniture and equipment costs required in connection with leases, moving costs, lease assumption payments and cash payments to tenants, all relating to Leases approved by Holder.
