Ten Year Certain Installments definition

Ten Year Certain Installments means one hundred and twenty (120) equal monthly payments that are Actuarially Equivalent to the Participant's benefits payable as a Whole Life Annuity. If the Participant dies before receiving one hundred and twenty (120) monthly payments, the remaining payments shall continue to be made to the Participant's Beneficiary.

  • Payable in installments means that payment is required or permitted by agreement to be made in more than four periodic payments, excluding a down payment. If any periodic payment other than the down payment under an agreement requiring or permitting two or more periodic payments is more than twice the amount of any other periodic payment excluding the down payment, a transaction is “payable in installments”.

  • Annual Installment means the portion of the PACE loan that is due and payable for a particular year under the supplemental agreement.

  • Installment Due Date means, for any monthly installment of interest only or principal and interest, the date on which such monthly installment is due and payable pursuant to Section 3 of this Note. The "First Installment Due Date" under this Note is October 1, 2007.

  • Incremental Term Loan Installment Date shall have, with respect to any Class of Incremental Term Loans established pursuant to an Incremental Assumption Agreement, the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(a)(ii).

  • Term Loan Installment Date means any Term B Loan Installment Date or any Incremental Term Loan Installment Date.

  • Installment Date as defined in Section 2.12.

  • Quarterly Payment Dates means each March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Distribution Calendar Year means a calendar year for which a minimum distribution is required. For distributions beginning before the Participant's death, the first "distribution calendar year" is the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year which contains the Participant's "required beginning date." For distributions beginning after the Participant's death, the first "distribution calendar year" is the calendar year in which distributions are required to begin under Section 6.8(b). The required minimum distribution for the Participant's first "distribution calendar year" will be made on or before the Participant's "required beginning date." The required minimum distribution for other "distribution calendar years," including the required minimum distribution for the "distribution calendar year" in which the Participant's "required beginning date" occurs, will be made on or before December 31 of that "distribution calendar year."

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.

  • Balloon Instalment has the meaning given in Clause 8.1;

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Installment Amount means the sum of (A) (i) with respect to any Installment Date other than the Maturity Date, the lesser of (x) the quotient of (I) the Principal amount outstanding under this Note as of the initial Installment Date, divided by (II) the number of Installment Dates occurring hereunder (as determined as of the initial Installment Date assuming no Deferrals, Accelerations, redemptions or conversions hereunder prior to the Maturity Date) and (y) the Principal amount then outstanding under this Note as of such Installment Date, and (ii) with respect to the Installment Date that is the Maturity Date, the Principal amount then outstanding under this Note as of such Installment Date (in each case, as any such Installment Amount may be reduced pursuant to the terms of this Note, whether upon conversion, redemption or Deferral), (B) any Deferral Amount deferred pursuant to Section 8(d) and included in such Installment Amount in accordance therewith, (C) any Acceleration Amount accelerated pursuant to Section 8(e) and included in such Installment Amount in accordance therewith and (D) in each case of clauses (A) through (C) above, the sum of any accrued and unpaid Interest and Make-Whole Amount with respect thereto as of such Installment Date under this Note, if any, and accrued and unpaid Late Charges, if any, under this Note as of such Installment Date. In the event the Holder shall sell or otherwise transfer any portion of this Note, the transferee shall be allocated a pro rata portion of the each unpaid Installment Amount hereunder.

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Installment Payment Date means the date on which an installment payment of an assessment is payable.

  • Prepaid Installment With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any installment of principal thereof and interest thereon received prior to the scheduled due date for such installment, intended by the Mortgagor as an early payment thereof and not as a Prepayment with respect to such Mortgage Loan.

  • Term Year means a 12-month period beginning on the first day of the Term and each successive 12-month period thereafter.

  • Minimum Quarterly Distribution means $0.35 per Unit per Quarter (or with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.35 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.

  • Remaining Dollar-Years means the amount obtained by (1) multiplying the amount of each then-remaining principal payment on such Debt by the number of years (calculated at the nearest one-twelfth) that will elapse between the date of determination of the Weighted Average Life to Maturity of such Debt and the date of that required payment and (2) totaling all the products obtained in clause (1) above.

  • Installment Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(ii).

  • Installment Payment has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.02(a).

  • Base Year Value means the assessed value of eligible property January 1 preceding the execution of the agreement plus the agreed upon value of eligible property improvements made after January 1 but before the execution of the agreement.
