Ten Percent Employee definition

Ten Percent Employee means an employee of the Company or any Subsidiary who owns stock representing more than ten percent of the voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company within the meaning of Sections 424(e) and (f) of the Code.
Ten Percent Employee means an employee of the Company who owns stock representing more than ten percent of the voting power of all classes of stock of Gaiam or any parent or subsidiary of Gaiam.
Ten Percent Employee means an employee of Alpha or any parent or subsidiary of Alpha who owns stock representing more than ten percent of the voting power of all classes of stock of Alpha or any parent or subsidiary of Alpha.
