  1. Ten Percent Attribution Stockholder means an Employee who at the time an Option is granted owns, directly and through attribution under Code Section 424(d), Shares possessing more than ten percent (10%) of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company, or of any parent or subsidiary corporation, as defined in Code Section 424.
