Tempus Resorts Confirmation Order definition

Tempus Resorts Confirmation Order means the Order Approving Debtors' Amended Disclosure Statement and Confirming Debtors' Amended Plan of Reorganization as Modified, entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida on May 5, 2011 (Docket No. 350) in the chapter 11 bankruptcy cases commenced by Tempus Resorts International, Ltd. and certain of its affiliates, jointly administered as Case No. 6:10-bk-20709-KSJ.

  • Confirmation Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Plan pursuant to section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Sanction Order means the Court Order to be sought by the Participating CCAA Parties from the Court as contemplated under the Plan which, inter alia, approves and sanctions the Plan and the transactions contemplated thereunder, pursuant to section 6(1) of the CCAA, substantially in the form of Schedule “E” or otherwise in form and content acceptable to the Participating CCAA Parties, the Monitor and the Parent, in each case, acting reasonably;

  • Administration Order means the order of the Court dated 27 September 2020 placing inter alia the Group DOCA Companies into ADGM administration;

  • Definitive Documentation means the definitive documents and agreements governing the Restructuring Transactions as set forth in the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

The term may include related costs and fees, interest, income withholding, automatic adjustment, reasonable attorney's fees, and other relief.

  • Suspension Order means a notice issued by OCCL directing a licensee to stop providing child care as of a specific date. While the license is suspended, a licensee may not provide child care.

  • Prescription order means any of the following:

  • Written Order means a written order signed by the General Manager or properly authorized representative or agent, mailed to the Contractor at the address designated in the firm's Bid, or to such other address as may be designated in writing as its official place of business.

  • Contract Monitor means the Department employee identified in Section 1.6 of the IFB as the Contract Monitor.

  • Export Order means a written export order or contract for the purchase by the Buyer from Borrower of any of the Items.

  • Confirmation means the entry of the Confirmation Order on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • procurement document means any document produced or referred to by the contracting authority to describe or determine elements of the procurement or the procedure, including the contract notice, the prior information notice where it is used as a means of calling for competition, the technical specifications, the descriptive document, proposed conditions of contract, formats for the presentation of documents by candidates and tenderers, information on generally applicable obligations and any additional documents;

  • Placement Agency Agreement means the Placement Agency Agreement by and between the Company and the Placement Agent dated the date hereof.

  • Subscription Order means a request from an Authorised Participant delivered to the Issuer to issue ETP Securities.

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;

  • Sale Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Transactions, in form and substance (with respect to the provisions of such Sale Order applicable to the Acquired Assets only) reasonably acceptable to each of the Parties.

  • Settlement Agreement means this agreement, including the recitals and schedules.

  • Child support order means a support order for a child, including a child who has attained the age of majority under the law of the issuing state or foreign country.

  • Operational Flow Order means any directive issued to a Customer by KUB which requires the Customer to adjust Deliveries to KUB or deliveries of non-Firm gas to the Customer by KUB.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);
