Temporary Workspace definition

Temporary Workspace is a Workspace pursuant to a temporary Subscription with a Subscription Term that lasts for duration of the session or the passage of a fixed period of non-usage of the Workspace (approximately 10 minutes). The Customer’s content will be destroyed at the end of this limited Subscription Term.

Examples of Temporary Workspace in a sentence

  • Upon completion of Gulf South’s use of the Temporary Workspace, Gulf South shall return the Temporary Workspace to its pre-construction condition as nearly as is practical.

  • Authority reserves the right to install, maintain, inspect and repair gas lines, water lines, sewer lines, pipelines, power transmission lines, fiber optic cable, and related poles and attachments on the portion of the Gas Line Temporary Workspace Easement Area outside the Grantee Property, which do not unreasonably interfere with Grantee’s intended use of the Gas Pipeline.

  • Questar Gas may, as reasonably necessary in connection with the Maintenance of Feeder Line 6, make reasonable and temporary uses of that portion of the Corridor Property along and adjacent to the Crossing within the area that is a total of ten (10) feet in linear width from and on each side of the outside boundaries of the Crossing (Temporary Workspace).

  • Entry by Grantee onto the Waterline Temporary Workspace Easement Area shall not unreasonably interfere with the Authority’s use of the Waterline Temporary Workspace Easement Area.

  • Authority further grants to Grantee and its successors and assigns the additional right to enter onto the Gas Line Temporary Workspace Easement Area as reasonably necessary from time to time, at reasonable times, for purposes of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, removing and replacing the Gas Pipeline.

  • This sum does not include damages to crops and other improvements located inside or outside of the Temporary Workspace Area.

  • The rights granted hereunder are effective on the date this document is signed by Grantor, and will remain effective until thirty (30) days after completion of Gulf South’s use of the Temporary Workspace.

  • Authority also reserves the right to grant easements and rights of way on the portion of the Waterline Temporary Workspace Easement Area outside the Grantee Property, which do not unreasonably interfere with Grantee’s intended use of the Water Pipeline.

  • The rights granted hereunder are effective on the date this document is signed by GRANTOR, and will remain effective until thirty (30) days after completion of Gulf South’s use of the Temporary Workspace.

  • Questar Gas shall be solely responsible for restoring and replacing any landscaping; reseeding natural vegetation; and restoring hardscaping, flat work, fencing, or other non-structure condition of the Temporary Workspace disturbed as a result of Questar Gas’s use of the Temporary Workspace.
