Temporary use agreement definition
Temporary use agreement means a signed, written agreement between a single owner or a single RDA and a regional for-hire driver, who operates a single taxicab on an irregular basis for 30 days or less in a calendar year, consistent with Section III.3.p of this Rule.
Temporary use agreement means a lease, sublease, license or other agreement between Buyers and Sellers, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyers and Sellers, which allows Buyers to use the parcel of Land covered thereby in the manner used by Sellers prior to the Closing Date from the Closing Date until the earlier to occur of (i) removal of such parcel of Land from the Transactions, or (ii) resolution, satisfaction and/or delivery of all Unsatisfied Conditions with respect to such parcel of Land and Buyers' release of the escrowed Purchase Price for such parcel of Land to Sellers.
