Temporary Staffing definition

Temporary Staffing means an employee provided by a vendor awarded a contract under this Solicitation, to an agency of the State of West Virginia on a temporary basis.
Temporary Staffing. To manage client’s workload fluctuations by covering special projects, maternity leaves, vacation, sick time and rush orders while saving on overhead costs through our temp staffing service.
Temporary Staffing. – shall mean flexible, temporary staff support provided by an agency to meet specific business needs for either short term or long term assignments during a Catastrophic Event;

  • Contractor must offer health insurance coverage to HTFC temporary employees that meet or exceed the standards of the Affordable Care Act of 2010—Platinum Plan (for New York City—Zip Code 10004) or the New York State Health Insurance Program Empire Plan, according to the same rates and terms as specified in Contractor’s Bid submitted in response to Request for Proposal # 201608_049 for Temporary Staffing Services, for the Term of the Agreement.

  • The Contractor shall provide Temporary Staffing Services on an as needed basis to the South Florida Workforce Investment Board (“SFWIB”) d/b/a CareerSource South Florida (CSSF) as described herein.

  • The User Company undertakes to respect the term of the assignment provided in the Temporary Staffing Contract, which may include a trial period, depending on the duration of the Temporary Staffing Contract.

  • Upon the happening of any Event of Default, or on the Maturity Date, the entire amount of Transferred Funds, Fees, principal, amount owing for Temporary Staffing and any other sums due under this Promissory Note (collectively, the "Obligations") shall become due and payable immediately, and the rate of interest on the unpaid principal balance of the Promissory Note shall be at the rate of five percent (5%) per annum (the "Default Rate").

  • The term of the Temporary Staffing Contract may be advanced or delayed by one (1) day for every five (5) days of work (Art.L.1251-30 of the Labour Code).
