Temporary Sampling Establishment definition

Temporary Sampling Establishment means an establishment that operates for a period of no more than fourteen (14) individual days within three (3) consecutive months in conjunction witha farmers’ markets or other events held at a single location where:

  • Temporary food establishment means a food establishment that operates for a period of no more than fourteen consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.

  • Marihuana establishment means a marihuana grower, marihuana safety compliance facility, marihuana processor, marihuana microbusiness, marihuana retailer, marihuana secure transporter, or any other type of marihuana-related business licensed by the department.
