Definition of Temporary Revised Covenant Period

  1. Temporary Revised Covenant Period means the period beginning on the Second Amendment Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (a) December 31, 2013 (inclusive) and (b) the date on which the Agent receives a notice from the Company providing that it desires to terminate the Temporary Revised Covenant Period.
