Definition of Temporary Release Inventory


Temporary Release Inventory means, at any given time, the quantity in MMBTUs that represents (a) the LNG received at the Receipt Point for Temporary Customers account; and (b) Gas, whether or not such Gas is Regasified LNG or Gas derived or produced from sources other than Regasified LNG, held for Temporary Customers account.

Examples of Temporary Release Inventory in a sentence

In the event that the Temporary Release Inventory is not reduced to zero (0) MMBTU on last day of the Temporary Term, the Temporary Release Inventory remaining thereafter shall be deemed solely as Customers Inventory.
Customers Nomination Notices shall ensure that the Temporary Release Inventory is reduced to zero (0) MMBTUs as of the last day of the Temporary Term.
Customer warrants to FLNG that (i) Customer has title to all of Customers Inventory, other than to the Temporary Release Inventory; and (i) the relevant Temporary Customer has title to all of the Temporary Release Inventory.
