Temporary Parking Area definition

Temporary Parking Area means those portions of Sites 1 and 2 designated as a public parking area identified on Exhibit B.
Temporary Parking Area means either the parking area described and shown as “Option #1” on Exhibit E attached hereto, or the parking area described and shown as “Option #2” on Exhibit E attached hereto.

Examples of Temporary Parking Area in a sentence

  • Landlord represents and warrants that the use of the Temporary Parking Area is permitted under applicable law and Salt Lake City ordinances.

  • Landlord shall be responsible for snow and ice removal, landscaping, and groundskeeping for the Building, Common Area, Amenities Area, Temporary Parking Area and Structured Parking.

  • If the Structured Parking is not completed prior to the expiration of the Lease Term, the Temporary Parking Area shall remain be available at no cost to Tenant for Tenant’s use as off-street parking for the duration of the Lease Term.

  • Subject to the terms of this Lease, all vehicles parked in the Temporary Parking Area and the Structured Parking and the personal property therein shall be at the sole risk of Tenant, Tenant’s employees, agents, contractors, invitees and the users of such spaces and Landlord shall not be responsible for any injuries to any person nor any damage to any automobile, vehicle or other property that occurs in or about the parking areas.

  • Tenant acknowledges that the Temporary Parking Area may not be located on the Land, but will be located within one (1) city block of the Building.

  • During any period that all or any portion of the Temporary Parking Area is not available due to construction of the Garage, the City will temporarily suspend Developer’s requirement to provide parking spaces for the Minimum Improvements until the Completion of Construction of the Garage.

  • The Parties agree to mutually work in good faith to move the five (5) parking spaces for the CenturyLink building on property adjoining Site 3 to the Temporary Parking Area during the Temporary Parking Term and thereafter into the Garage provided by the City in accordance with Subsection 5.2F).

  • The City shall be responsible for the reasonable periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of the asphaltic surface of the Temporary Parking Area, but shall otherwise have no maintenance, repair or replacement obligations relating to the Temporary Parking Area.

Related to Temporary Parking Area

  • temporary building means a Building designed or constructed, erected or placed on land and which is demolished or removed from the lands within twelve months of Building Permit issuance;

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Temporary job site means any location where industrial radiography, wireline service, well- logging, portable gauge or x-ray fluorescence use is performed and where licensed material may be stored other than those locations of use authorized on the license.

  • Temporary use means a use or structure on improved or unimproved real estate which is of impermanent nature, and is used for less than ninety days in a calendar year.

  • Temporary Position means a non-permanent position which may be either full time or less than a full negotiated work week, used to perform the following work:

  • Temporary post means a post other than a permanent post.

  • Temporary license means a license issued on a short-term basis for a specified time pursuant to subrule 3.5(4).

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • temporary licence means a Licence granted under the Act valid for a single day or for such period as may be specified in the Licence not exceeding six months.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Temporary housing means any tent, trailer, motor home, or other structure used for human shelter which is designed to be transportable and which is not attached to the ground, to another structure, or to any utilities system on the same premises for more than thirty (30) days.

  • Temporary Work means all temporary works of every kind required in or about the execution, completion and maintenance of the works.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Parking No unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("Unreserved Parking Spaces"); and no reserved vehicle parking spaces ("Reserved Parking Spaces"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.
