Temporary Headquarters definition

Temporary Headquarters. The Temporary Headquarters is the workplace to which the Employee is temporarily assigned, reports to work and may be a substation or other Company building, trailer or temporary accommodations. Temporary Headquarters shall have toilet facilities, potable drinking water and a secure place to store and dry personal protective equipment and clothing.
Temporary Headquarters means the location to which an employee has been temporarily transferred and is synonymous with temporary home station. For the purpose of clause 87, “Shiftwork”, the day upon which a shift has been worked shall be the day upon which the shift was commenced.
Temporary Headquarters means the shed or depot or location to which an employee has been temporarily transferred and is synonymous with temporary home station.

  • At Temporary Headquarters: Regular employees who desire to live in a trailer while working away from their residence headquarters may do so with the approval of the Company.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions available in above, if Employees are required tu work from a Temporary Headquarters where they are not required to reside away from normal residence and are assigned ten hour days as outlined in Clause the Company shall provide a vehicle and travel time in this case shall be included in the hour day.

  • If any Employee does not report for work at the Temporary Headquarters or “AWL”, the Employee shall not be eligible for the Commuting Allowance for that day.

More Definitions of Temporary Headquarters

Temporary Headquarters is considered to mean any headquarters established by the District for the purposes of engaging in work as covered by this classification, where such work will continue for a period of less than eighteen (18) days. After the application of this rule, regular working rules shall apply.
