Temporary Bonds may contain such reference to any provisions of this Indenture as may be appropriate.
Temporary Bonds shall be issuable as registered Bonds without coupons, of any authorized denomination, and substantially in the form of the definitive Bonds but with such omissions, insertions and variations as may be appropriate for temporary Bonds, all as may be determined by the Authority.
If Temporary Bonds are issued, the Issuer will cause Definitive Bonds to be prepared without unreasonable delay.
After the preparation of Definitive Bonds, the Temporary Bonds shall be exchangeable for Definitive Bonds upon surrender of the Temporary Bonds at the office or agency of the Issuer to be maintained as provided in Section 3.02, without charge to the Holder.
Until so delivered in exchange, the Temporary Bonds shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as Definitive Bonds.
